Leading a 24-member, 24/7 GSOC
Through Allied Universal, I manage a Global Security Operations Center supporting a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client. The team includes supervisors, analysts, and technical personnel responsible for global monitoring, incident coordination, escalation, and executive communication.
My responsibilities include operating standards for triage, handoffs, reporting, and quality assurance; supervisor and analyst coaching; and serving as a senior operational point of contact for client security leaders. I synthesize threat reporting, alarm and CCTV information, network alerts, and operational context to support risk decisions and briefings.
I coordinate stakeholders during critical events and security-system disruptions. Cybersecurity education and analytical tools inform that work; the portfolio’s simulations are independent projects, separate from client operations.

How this background connects
Commercial work taught me to examine the objective behind a request and make its tradeoffs explicit. Security operations adds the discipline of timely escalation, consistent reporting, and reliable handoffs. Technical study helps me connect the systems to the decision. The common thread is clarity: what matters, what we know, and what should happen next.
